Infection is one of the health problems and a disease that mainly causes death. Malaria parasitic infection transmitted through Anopheles sp. The female then besides malaria, other contaminants caused are bacteria such as Escherichia coli Staphylococcus aureus. This study aims to determine antioxidant, antimicrobial, antiplasmodial activity Sonchus arvensis L. ethyl acetate fractions. In vitro was carried out by Rieckman methods against Plasmodium falciparum strain 3D7. antioxidant conducted Prieto method (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). Then antimicrobial performed using well diffusion Maceration S. dried leaves used n-hexane successively. extract fractionated vacuum column chromatography, mobile phases. There five fraction groups based on thin-layer chromatography (TLC) analysis. IC50 showed IV lowest value categorized active for (IC50=22.56 μg/mL), (IC50=12.07 μg/mL).
